Headway at a Glance
To make the administrative side of therapy as seamless as possible, I partner with Headway. Headway is a secure platform that manages my insurance billing, benefits verification, and client portal.
Here is what you can expect:
Hassle-Free Billing: Headway automatically verifies your insurance plan to check your in-network benefits. They handle all claim submissions and securely bill your copay (for example, if you have a $15 copay, Headway processes exactly that amount after our session).
Secure Telehealth: Our sessions are held virtually via Headway’s fully HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Client Portal: You will have access to a private portal where you can complete intake paperwork, fill out assessments, and message me securely.
Private Pay Rate: $150 per session
If you do not carry one of the insurance plans I accept, or if you simply prefer to pay out-of-pocket for maximum privacy and flexibility, I welcome private-pay clients.
Standard Session Rate: $150 per session.
Payment Method: Card on file, securely processed at the time of our session.
No Surprises Act: If you choose to pay out-of-pocket, you are entitled to a "Good Faith Estimate" detailing the expected cost of your therapy before we begin.
Autism and ADHD Assessments: $250 per session
Although the average number of sessions is 5, this number varies by client.
